Virtual Tour - 120tph C&D Waste Recycling Plant

Following our open day event at NRE Aggregates, England in July, we are delighted to announce our next Engineering Insights webinar series - a 360 virtual site tour of the NRE Aggregates 120tph C,D&E waste recycling plant located in Port Salford, England.

A product of Peel L&P, NRE Aggregates is an extension of the company’s mission to create a new sustainability and innovation-focused ecosystem within the aggregates industry. Understanding the problems facing the construction and development industries, the company felt it imperative to find sustainable solutions to the large increase in CD&E refuse and the growing scarcity of raw materials available.

This virtual tour will be presented by CDE's Head of Business Development for UK & Ireland, William Melanophy and Business Development Manager for UK & Ireland, Mike Bibby, who will present the details of the 120tph plant designed for NRE Aggregates and explain how it is delivering higher quality recycled sand & aggregates at their site in Port Salford.

Our experts will go through each stage of the process, from the feed material and the washing process to the six outputs currently being produced (4-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm & 40-80mm clean rinsed aggregates as well as 2 in-spec 0-2mm soft & 0-4mm grit sands) and explain how CDE ensures high-quality in-spec products and guarantees equipment performance.
